This house is designed for the person who wants to use poly or corrugated polycarbonate on the roof.  Available in 17'0", 21'0", 25'0", 28'0", 30'0", 32'0", & 40'0" wide.  Any length in 8'0" increments.
Ground Posts 3" square galvanized steel, 12 gauge
Rafter Bows 17' house: 1 3/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 16 gauge;
21', 25', 28', 30', 32' house: 1 5/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 14 gauge;
40' house: 1 7/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 13 gauge
Purlins 1 3/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 16 gauge
Crossties 1 at EACH post; 1 5/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 14 gauge
Truss Pipes 1 set at each crosstie; 1 3/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 16 gauge
Gutters All aluminum; 10" wide x 4 3/4" high with 1/8" wall; 8'0" long
  • Spacing of ground posts is 8'0" center to center
  • Spacing of rafter bows is 4'0" center to center
  • All houses come with an extruded aluminum ridge rail; poly locks for gutters and gable rails on each end for securing poly; and all necessary hardware
  • Standard height under the gutter is 8'0"; this can be changed on special orders

Rafter Bows 2" square galvanized steel, 16 gauge; 2 pieces
Purlins 1 3/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 16 gauge
Crossties 1 at EACH post; 1 5/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 15 gauge
Truss Pipes 1 3/8" O.D. galvanized steel, 14 gauge; 1 set at each crosstie
Aluminum Gutters 10" wide x 4 3/4" high with 1/8" wall
